Horrible pay both salary and commission structure, no 401k match or decent benefits, poor management, no leadership structure, favoritism, pay is often wrong and must be addressed with finance, no accountability at any level.

Work life balance is good because they do not want to pay overtime. lol. That’s about it!

Low salaries, no benefits (company offer benefits but fully at your cost which is half of the salary at the best scenario) , LinkedIn profile stalking and forcing edits on your own LinkedIn page, micromanagement is at the next level (must notify when use bathroom, every move must be recorded), if your accuracy score bellow 95% then you are fired! A lot of stress, management is not clear on tasks and specifics, often the entire team have to redo a bunch of projects due to team lead misunderstanding the client. People keep quitting every week because of the unhealthy work environment. No surprise they open new positions every other week. Also no career growth here!
