      Pros

An exemplary organization that truly lives up to its name. From the moment you step into the workplace, you’re greeted with a culture of positivity and support that radiates throughout the entire team. The management is not only approachable but also genuinely invested in the personal and professional growth of every employee. The work environment is professional, yet it maintains a sense of warmth and community that makes coming to work a pleasure. The training program is thorough, ensuring that all team members are well-equipped to handle their responsibilities with confidence. Managers are qualified and provide constructive feedback that contributes to continuous improvement and career advancement.

      Cons

While the company fosters innovation, there are times when traditional methods prevail, potentially stifling creativity and fresh ideas. For those interested in global opportunities, the company’s operations may be too focused on domestic markets, limiting international exposure.

      Pros

Great benefits and retirement plan. Feels like golden handcuffs.

      Cons

Working on useless projects while the obvious tech debt needs to be addressed. Leadership role not granted any authority. Constant power struggle to get any kind of decision made. Management is very politicized. Every meeting with a senior director or above starts with a recognition that we are working on non-ceded indigenous territory for no clear reason. Department townhalls only focus on DEI topic instead of anything useful for the organization.
