      Pros

Nothing is worth mentioning as a pro.

      Cons

Worst leadership. micromanagement. wants to force dress code policies. working till 4am is mandatory. no worklife balance. abuses and insults hurled in every teams called. no compensation. you need to file your efforts in 4 different places(jira, excel, screenshot in teams and timesheet) and then it approved to get paid leaves credit each month so if you want a long leave at the starting of a year you will have to take unpaid leaves. you never projects based on your preffered expertise. no code review. managers are tech lead ecen though they don't have a single clue about coding. leadeds have ego and are complete control freaks.
