I've had a fantastic personal experience in starting a family whilst at Beamery. Very supportive managers. I did not feel at any point that I lost out on career opportunities and was still offered a promotion in the run up to maternity leave. The leave and pay are also generous. And for my return to work, my co-workers have been consciously respectful and inclusive.

This when the company has nearly all its employees in 2 of the most racially diverse countries on the planet.
