You learn the basics of Italian

The food is just pasta, and even if you're intolerant, I often got sick from the food. If you're not Italian, you feel completely excluded. The tipping system is very poorly designed. If we're talking about Ireland, I literally felt like we didn't get tips at all. I received 100euros in tips for a whole month, which is unbelievable be abuse it’s really busy all the time, you can see people leaving a tip of up to 200 euros for two people. Besides, nobody speaks English there, and the managers are extremely rude to the employees, but they're completely different with the customers.

Bland pasta or basic margarita pizza is all you will get on the menu, only carbs no protein. *All the tables in a single section being sat at the same time, putting pressure on servers on busy days. *Management and some staff talk in Italian between themselves even with non-speakers around, making them feel ignored and excluded.
