If you’re not Italian be prepared to be discriminated, to do all the hard work, to get less hours and less money. To be treated differently(in a bad way) than everyone else.

Salary and tronks system is good

Management can be a little rude or judgmental but some were great! It’s not enough of a con to not work there

*Management doesn't know what they are doing *Constant lack of inventory(cutlery, glassware) at the point you cannot set up tables, and guests being seated at unset tables. *Some giving away free shots to opposite sex guests. *Instead of managing, management just take food orders when it is not even needed. *Food is not great. Bland pasta or basic margarita pizza is all you will get on the menu, only carbs no protein. *All the tables in a single section being sat at the same time, putting pressure on servers on busy days. *Management and some staff talk in Italian between themselves even with non-speakers around, making them feel ignored and excluded.

a lot of physical work with average pay, no consistency in bonuses

Really good events, you can start here withour experience

Bad pay, you work 60hours per week without extra being paid. Bad ambience. You can level up more by friendship thant meritocracy.
