Pros
Enough with the fake reviews already. I’ve already seen 1 star reviews get deleted, that alone should say something about the company. My message to the current dissatisfied employees? The grass is much greener elsewhere, and I'm thankful for the freedom to look for another company. Do yourself a favor and start applying for new jobs before you find yourself suddenly unemployed. It's easy to get burnout, feel defeated, and lose a sense of self-worth. The pay was underwhelming. There were never regular opportunities to discuss compensation. It also felt as if higher-ups played favorites, especially with those who produced well or were closer to the main office. It might have just been a feeling, but it impacted my sense of community with the department and company. My advice to management is: Talk to your people and get okay with uncomfortable conversations. The culture of toxic positivity doesn't get you a pass. They are in no way a ground breaking company, they are in no way a supportive community, they are toxic, poorly run, ignorantly managed. Look elsewhere!
Cons
Too many acquisitions, unorganized projects, people “working” when they’re on PTO to give an idea other employees should do the same, doing too many “happy hours” but not paying employees more and not giving out bonuses.
