CEO is very controlling and dictator-ish and changed hybrid work schedule to forced in-office requirement Mon-Thurs. No freedom and very limited flexibility. Feels like we are back in the 50s. CEO is not in touch with the needs of those who have a long commute or young children. Also, health insurance is not great.
