Bupa offers excellent room for growth. I have attended various professional training programs to enhance my expertise and have also been deeply involved in strategic discussions. The company maintains high standards for employee health and safety, including ergonomic sit‑stand desks in the workplace.
During the COVID‑19 pandemic, Bupa introduced work-from-home arrangements and has continued this flexible policy since then. Even during economic downturns, Bupa did not cut salaries and instead provided living subsidies to help ease financial pressure on staff.
Cons
