      Nothing extraordinary, just standard offerings that are typically provided by any other company.

      Cons

      * The office culture is extremely poor, Toxic environment that has worsened significantly in the past six months. Employees moral is at rock bottom. Many experienced resources from various departments have already left, and more are in line to leave this distressing workplace. * Employee surveys and feedback are mere formalities. They have always been brushed aside. Instead, the CEO makes decisions, and everyone else has to comply without any question. There are no ifs or buts. Simple! * Some developers are facing immense work pressure due to poor project planning, internal politics, and resource shortages. Meanwhile, others are enjoying favoritism from managers. Very less opportunity to learn new skills. * No work life balance or flexibility such as work from home. you have to be in office 5 days regardless of your circumstances. If you raise your concerns about this, you risk being labeled as a troublemaker. Typical "Yes boss" culture! *HR is entirely incompetent; instead of resolving problems, they tend to exacerbate the situation, making matters worse for employees. *Uncomfortable chairs, small desks and outdated display screens that consistently cause eye strain and headache. * There is no job security; the risk of being laid off exists at any time.

      Pros

      Many colleagues were lovely, but most of them were looking for new jobs due to recent redundancies and dreadful atmosphere.

      Cons

      Treated like an easily replaceable commodity, expected to take on additional work from leavers for nothing in exchange. No flexibility to work from home, required to be in the office 5 days a week. Lower than market compensation. High staff turnover, and heavy/messy workload as a result.
