Management at this location was inconsistent and often unprofessional. Pay was low and barely provided a livable wage compared to the workload. Advancement opportunities felt based on favoritism rather than merit. Workplace culture was cliquey, and certain managers fostered a hostile environment through bullying or unfair treatment of employees.

Working with very friendly and knowledgeable coworkers. I was able to handle and learn about many different firearms.

The GM had the mentality that anyone could do our jobs. This is a terrible mindset to have when dealing with firearms and federal background checks. The pay was not good. Little room for advancement. Understaffed and stressful environment. Especially during the weekends. Club Card apps were the only metric management really cared about.
