-Below average pay -Terrible Head office management team -Poor work ethics and company culture -Employee benefits are non-existent -Getting constantly micro-managed -Unrealistic performance expectations with no support -Absolutely ridiculous low level of communication in the head office -Half the head office employees cannot speak English well -Poor work life balance -Work overtime with little or no notice -No room for promotion and asking for a pay raise -Can be replaced at anytime by recent immigrants who are willing to work for less salary

The management at head office is highly problematic, displaying a lack of care for employees. There is a culture of bullying, sexism, and racism. When relatives of the boss make mistakes, they are not held accountable or required to apologize, and management consistently fails to take appropriate action. Employees who are not connected to the boss are treated unfairly, often feeling undervalued and exploited.

If you’re not a close friend of the owner, your contributions are disregarded, while those who have personal connections to management can act without facing any consequences. Lack of employees made it impossible to succeed as a beginner. As a beginner in the IT industry, thought this position would be entry level to get my feet wet and learn, but due to lack of man-power, the expected seniority level was, in reality, much greater
