Pay is significantly below industry average across all departments. Roll out of any kind of (whether it's a process improvement, pay restructurings) is slow, cumbersome, and mired in politics and bureaucracy. Employees are chided for any discussion of pay or benefits. Upper management is willing to keep a revolving door and constantly lose talent for the sake of keeping pay as low as possible - focuses too much on direct labor: they're picking pennies off the ground while $100 bills blow by.

Well it is not retail , It has good benefits and set work hours.

This company need to increase their pay for all employees to stay competitive in the local market.
