Pros
The working schedule is flexible, employees have options to work remotely or have regular days off.
Cons
If you're starting your career as an apprentice or journeyman this may be a good company for you, but watch out for racism in the service centers, the 'good 'ole boy system, and a corrupt union. On the corporate side, there is a lot of micromanaging, outdated systems, inconsistent communication, and career growth for those who are liked. There is no recognition, pay is low as well as bonuses.
