      Cons

      Not open to negotiating start date. When I received the offer, I had surgeries scheduled for both my parents. I requested them to push the start date. But they rescinded my offer instead. I was only enquiring. If they would have let me know that they cannot push it, i would have joined at the given start date. They immediately rescinded my offer instead.

      Pros

      1. Interview/ Hiring Process is great. Everyone is very professional and warm. 2. Salary is above average. your experience = market value 3. Equipment is provided 4. WFH/ Remote Work 5. Good HMO for yourself (better for married employees/ employees with children)

      Cons

      1. Dependents for Single employees. I hope they would also consider, by heirarchy, single employees' parents, siblings, and domestic/ same sex partners as dependents. 2. Not really sure is the average pay for this position. No negotiation happened, They just accepted my expected salary which is a 20% increase from my previous salary which is also great. (Provide a range to leave space for negotiation)

      - Flexible / hybrid working arrangement - Approachable and helpful managers / colleagues (really depends on which team you're in) - Decent pay

      Cons

      - Unstable (due to changing external business environment and also internal office politics) - Below par talent pool (most of the smart and hardworking people have left / been forced out in recent months) - Increasingly top heavy (related to the above point, with directors getting promoted yet cutting those doing the heavy lifting, which doesn't make sense). So be prepared to wear many hats if you're not entering the company as part of senior management - Unclear business strategy (so many broken products have been developed and later abandoned)
