      Pros

Working at Concentrix offers pros like flexible & remote work, paid training, competitive pay & bonuses, and strong team environments plus growth opportunities, especially for beginners, with a focus on a positive culture and diverse projects, though high pressure and inconsistent management can be downsides.

      Pros

Good working hours, average pay, and raises are not bad either, as well as promotions

      Cons

Calls are non-stop back to back, all calls are evaluated by managers and if you have to provide all information to the customer by the written guideline and site the article

Great growth opportunities but unpredictable shift timings

      Sr analyst, operations and sales
      Current employee
      Gurgaon, Haryana
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Love working with Concentrix and there are a lot of opportunities available for people who want to grow in BPO/KPO sector, salary is competitive and you get regular hikes as well as I have gotten increment twice in a span of one year and pay is good as well for someone starting their career as well depending on the process they are working in.

      Cons

Everything is good except the timings, the shifts are supposed to be fixed for a span of 3 months though most of the times, the shift would be changed on a week's notice before 3 months and apart from this, the shift is supposed to be of 9.5 hours, 8 hours of production login, 1 hour of break and 30 minutes reserved for meetings, though a lot of managers would extend it to 10 hour shifts as well

      Its a job

      Recruiter
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

It is a job, and it is work from home.

      Cons

The pay is not competitive with the market and does not take into account current cost of living, Recruiters all make a standard 20.00 hourly (now) and most teams are not allowed overtime so you can count on that either. If you are hired to work at home, you will get a monitor and tower, not a laptop as we should since we are work at home, the equipment is sub par, will likely need to get replaced within the year. The teams are toxic, it is like high school all over again. There is a severe lack of opportunities, there are coworkers who have been in the same role for 12 years with no movement (not for lack of trying). Your job is never safe, there are many that have been laid off without warning after being with the company for over a decade, yet they keep those that have been recently hired or get paid less. Promotions are not a thing in the recruiting department, there is a lot of favoritism. You will not get promoted, even if you are one of the best, you will need to apply and go through 3 or 4 rounds of interviews before you are chosen if you get that far. Concentrix rather hire externally for both recruiting and human resources than internally. There are a lot of agents in customer service roles constantly being demoted. The pay does not reflect the workload by any means, you are glued to your chair if you want to get things done. You are micromanaged on a daily basis. Do not trust HR, they partner with managers and I’ve heard of one divulging “private” complaints from an agent to a manager, and the manager walking away unscathed from said report while the employee eventually quit because of the toxic environment. If you keep to yourself it is bad, and if you speak your mind it is also bad. There isnt a PTO package when you start, you accrue your time off, there aren't sick days and the benefit packages are terrible. Every year they make you submit a survey, the number one complaint across board being pay, it never gets listened to, instead everyone gets useless programs that never work correctly when they are made "live" or pointless "engagement" meetings.

      Good place to work

      Account manager
      Current employee
      Dublin, Dublin
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Working for Concentrix you have plenty of flexibility , You can work remotely at least 2 days a week, There is a good culture of inclusion and cultural diversity . Good benefits and pay is good compared with other outsourcing organizations. There is no micromanagement at all and you feel free to work and organise your day the best way it works for you. Good management , always ready to step in if anything is needed. There is good opportunity for growth within the company and you can build your own career path with the help of your manager .

      Cons

The company use to be 100% remote by default , specially at pandemic time was great to find a job like this , However this year they started to ask people to BTO 3 days a week. I can't really say it's a con to highlight but for most people in the team did not work due to live in remote places in the country so they had to move to a different job.

Work here if you really need money (just any amount, not even decent), slavery, no growth

      Sales representative
      Former employee

      Business outlook

      Pros

Salary is created on time and workplace is clean.

      Cons

Less salary compared with other companies, minimal appraisal, politics driver culture, imaginary expectations of the managers and team leaders, it's a form of enslavement and personal life doesn't exist while working here.
