What is the hiring process like at Curtiss-Wright?

Benefits are decent Pay is okay

There is nothing to do most of the time Management is lost Management hides behind their desk and HR when questioned Nepotism, hiring engineers with no experience simply because they are related to the higher ups. Clueless HR reps I dont like to throw this around, but a toxic environment with contractors.
