Cons
What made you rate DS Techworks so low? My experience at DS Techworks was disappointing due to poor management practices and an unhealthy work culture. The company is run by a father-son duo who, in my opinion, lack professional management experience and employee-handling skills. Employees are often treated as if they are expected to be available 24/7 rather than being respected as professionals with work-life balance. The salary structure is below industry standards, and increments are mostly limited to a select group of senior employees. Communication from management is frequently disrespectful, and the office environment can feel unprofessional at times. I also experienced regular overtime expectations without additional compensation, along with pressure to work on Sundays occasionally. One of the most difficult aspects was the constant fear of job insecurity, as employees could be terminated without proper communication or process. Overall, the workplace culture felt stressful, demotivating, and lacking in employee respect and professionalism.
