      Pros

      It is incredibly satisfying to work for a company where the customers genuinely love the product. The Excel-native approach just works for finance teams, which makes our jobs much easier. Hyper-growth company which provides opportunities for career advancement

      Cons

      None to report. We are moving very fast, so you need to be comfortable with change, but that is expected in a successful start-up.

      All the downside of a fast growing start-up.

      Pros

      Good benefits - from salary and insurance to gifts and events. work remotely (even if there are site days, they are very flexible about it). no micro-managment. fast-growing, so a lot of career opportunities around the corner (not yet though)

      Cons

      As a fast growing startup, everything feels all over the place, New products are launched before the team is even trained on it, Nothing is documented, internal communication is awful. Managers are un-experienced/just not good enough of managers (good people though). The product has tons of bugs and the CSM are left to handle with it

      Pros

      Inclusive, collaborative environment. The job can be fast paced but there is also room for a healthy work-life balance. I have already learned so much in the short time that I have been with the company and excited to continue learning.

      Cons

      It's important to keep up with changes, which can be a bit unsettling, but also provides a lot of growth and learning opportunities.

      First - The people! Amazing talents, friendly environment, and great culture! This is a rapidly growing startup and the best place for personal growth. The managers talk to you always as equals, and it feels like everyone is committed to the same goal, always trying to help each other achieve it!

      Cons

      I Can't think of one...It's a startup so you need to be up for doing different things and update your role from time to time...but I see it as a pro :)
