The only pro is being able to work from home.
Cons
They do not care about their people, will eliminate their position and not try to place them anywhere within the company. Their idea of a Christmas bonus is allowing people to work from home the last 2 weeks of the year. They have eliminated and outsourced over 250 positions in the last 6 months. Their managers are out for themselves and do not care if you stay or go. They will use you until they can't. I dedicated over a year and half to this company and when my position was outsourced, I was forced to train the people taking my position and I was told I "Had too" otherwise there might be a different direction and option for me if I didn't.
