The company tries to maintain a family feel.

Extremely inexperienced management at the middle levels. No pay raises without threatening to leave. Very unreliable payroll process with multiple mistakes. Over my 4 years. Outright withholding of commissions owed. Company is cutthroat and seems to welcome high turnover to keep wages and benefits low.
