What is the company culture like at EcoShield Pest Solutions?

Fantastic culture, the people are great from home office all the way to the technicians.

Pay could always be better - slightly under industry average from what I have gathered.

The culture is very good. The management team is transparents and wants people to be engaged in their work. You are given the freedom to pursue your areas of interest within the role as long as you are contributing to the teams objective.

High growth can be a little chaotic at times. Due to the nature of recruiting sales people and door to door sales big changes can be required in a short period of time.
