Pros
Perks include a good car lease scheme, free products and lots of extra clubs to get involved with e.g. DEI, Wellness, Social, etc.
Cons
Very poor leadership, with no change for a long time.
Culture of blaming each other for failures, very poor budgets which don't let you compete with competitors, and a very backwards culture that isn't open to trying new things or changing.
Lots of indirect discrimination takes place and HR may as well not exist as they turn a blind eye even when it happens in the very room they are sitting in. Sadly, its not uncommon to be berated and made an example of in meetings.
