What is the hiring process like at Entelect?

      Pros

Lots of learning resources Lots of experienced staff to learn from Good salary

      Cons

Career growth, opportunities and overall experience is highly dependent on the team and client/s you're assigned to. It's very easy to get labelled a problem and almost impossible to get past that label. This company makes a lot of promises around career growth, inclusion and support and is happy to go back on all of it when it suits them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Entelect. We appreciate both the positive aspects you highlighted - our learning resources, experienced staff, and competitive salaries - as well as your concerns. We take feedback about career growth, team assignments, and support very seriously. Whilst we strive to create consistent experiences across all teams and clients, we recognise there may be inconsistencies we need to address. Your comments about feeling labelled and our follow-through on promises are particularly valuable insights for us to reflect upon. If you're willing to share more specific details about your experience, we would welcome the opportunity to learn more and address these issues directly. Please feel free to contact our people team.

Great for starting out, not so great for over achievers

      Pros

Great people Great social initiatives Some non-monetary perks (petrol card, etc)

      Cons

      - No overtime - Your increases are based more on the company's performance as well as where you are in comparison to your peers (years of experience) than your actual performance. This holds over achievers (people who push the boundaries) back from achieving their full potential in terms of monetary rewards. - Promotions are also handed out selectively and you should have been doing the job of your next tier for a minimum of a year before you're even considered for the role bump. - New hires for the same position will earn more than someone who's been with the company for longer. - Refuse to negotiate salary in good faith based on loyalty without requiring an offer from somewhere else to be on the table.
