Pros
I have been with the company for less than a year, but in my time so far, I have felt like I have had great opportunity and consideration working for this company. I have worked at startups in the multifamily tech industry and it can be scary in general with economic uncertainties so I feel so grateful to be with Entrata. My entire team is very good at what they do and my manager specifically is a great leader. I've worked with a lot of people and even managers in past jobs who have not shared this level of competence, initiative and ingenuity, but I can truly say everyone on my team possesses all these strengths. I never feel micro-managed. I know others who have had somewhat of a different experience however, so I can't speak for every department or team.
Cons
I can't think of many, but if I had one thing it would be that when I transitioned to this company, the onboarding and getting up to speed with the resources to really understand everything I was diving into and the entire platform felt very hands-off, fragmented, and slightly unorganized. I think they are working on this but in general, I think there is room for onboarding and hiring teams to create a more clear onboarding pathway. I also sense somewhat of a segregation between middle and upper management but this could also just be my experience coming from smaller companies.
