Minimum wage, no cost of living wage increase at anniversary or any increase in general, high turnover of employees due to low pay, you could work at in and out for nearly $5 more an hour, Front desk employees deal with heated members when sales and pt dept over promises and under delivers.

bad work/life balance, lots of gossip, very low pay for the expected work output. Very little growth opportunity, many managers been in same role for 5+ years.

Coworkers are good, just don’t get attached as the turnover is so high.

The only pros are that you get a free membership and that they're somewhat flexible with scheduling and time off.

- their entire business model is a scam, read the reviews online they intentionally scam people by continually charging even after memberships have been canceled. They preach that they value transparency, but this is not true. The pay is minimum wage and not livable.

Good pay, and co workers

The upper level management is terrible, zero training, high expectations, picking favorites, it is a nightmare. The amount of problems at each club for people selling things wrongly or scamming people is crazy. I would highly recommend going elsewhere, the good paychecks are hardly worth the constant unattainable sales quotas.
