Pros
work from home,
decent pay,
easy job
Cons
very bad call management system and company software,
- most of the time is difficult to navigate calls since their app is poorly designed and you have to memorize by heart the hundreds of legal questions a customer might ask.
very poor training, many different trainers each with their own script, and then you can't veer off script because you will get deducted points on your call.
crazy micromanagement, had to do 2 time sheets a day.
no job security, they are project based, i was on a project for relief benefits from Wells Fargo victims, they weren't receiving calls as often so a lot of people were laid off.
also you are expected to cut corners, because they give you very little time to work on documenting the call which might have up to 7 documents attached each where you have to fill everything all over again, if you cant do it in 10 min, you will have to wait until after shift to do it, and if you do it wrong you get deducted points.
