What is a typical working day like at Equinor?

      Equinor reviews

      Great place

      Engineer
      Former employee
      Oslo
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      - work life balance - internal flexibility (often saw arts majors shift to engineering roles and titles and vice versa) - people are great and super helpful - if you want to be a «traditional» engineer in Norway, there is no better company available…

      Cons

      - pay is low for the talent they seek but benefits are good - career ladder is rigid and nonexistent link between performance and pay (need x years for promo y)
