Management keeps everything locked down and then acts shocked when nobody knows what is happening.
Pros
Honestly, the people I worked with were decent. That was the only good part.
Cons
- Everything was hidden behind a ridiculous need to know culture, which somehow meant I was never allowed to know anything that actually affected my work. - Leadership made decisions about projects and processes without explaining the reason or the impact, then expected everyone to adjust immediately without question. - Major changes came through random Slack messages or hallway gossip, which became exhausting and infuriating after a while. - There is a culture of intentional vagueness where asking for clarity is treated like some outrageous offense. - After a few months I completely stopped asking questions because straight answers never came anyway. - The entire environment makes employees feel less like valued staff and more like outsiders being deliberately shut out.
