Pros
-Great learning experience
-Some flexibility in schedules and ability to come and go
-Beautiful office location near Union Square
-Overall, good people/ coworkers
-Well respected in the NYC A&D community
-Good upfront training for new hire
-Great access to NY design events
Cons
-Can have incredibly long hours
-What team you work on really changes processes, hours, responsibilities, and expectations (this is why my rating is a 3 instead of a 4)
-Companywide processes are non-existent
-Favoritism
-Continued training is minimal
-Vendors/ Rep schedules are too regimented so if you don’t catch them on their scheduled day/ time, you likely won’t reach them in person
-You do the job of a superior before you’re promoted to that role, without any pay
-Pay is acceptable, but raises and bonuses are not. These aren’t often addressed well until an employee has chosen to leave.
