- Fanatics is NOT an engineering company. The tech is stuck in the 2010s and leadership doesn't have a clue how to modernize anything. - No one in management/leadership has any business serving in that role. The companies made so many colossal mistakes over the years it's hard to keep count.

Extreme micro-management. If you are not already in the "boys club", you will not have much opportunity for growth. Have seen many skilled employees get let go over minor disagreements that management seems to snowball.
