Toxic Culture, Empty Promises, and Zero Support – Avoid Unless You’re Management
Pros
There are a few genuinely friendly and supportive colleagues who make the workday a bit more bearable. Many of them share the same frustrations, which creates some solidarity among staff.
Cons
The work culture is toxic. Promises of pay rises, promotions, or role changes are rarely followed through, and you’re often misled with false assurances. There’s a lack of respect from certain individuals who act like management but hold no authority, yet still try to run the show. HR is heavily biased toward management and offers little to no real support — hands down the worst HR experience I’ve encountered. The office environment is tense, unwelcoming, and filled with backstabbing and blame-shifting. It’s essentially a free-for-all with no real team cohesion or morale.
