I worked for the company for nearly 5 years, in a few different roles, and it was the same in each one: overworked, underpaid, extremely high stress and burnout. Multiple cases of employees in the same position having a different base wage, often the men earning more than the women. Pay cuts rather than raises in a cost of living crisis, and being commission based, it was encouraged to add extra money to bookings in order to make more money for yourself, at the detriment of the customer. Unpaid overtime for hours each day to try and make more money since the base wage was so low (40-55k a year), no work life balance at all. Management were dismissive of burnout and approached it with a ‘well I had to suffer so you do too’ attitude, no support at all.

It’s a sales role where a large portion of your salary is commission based so can be a fast paced, high pressure environment if sales is not your strong suit.

Uncapped earning potential is great

Base salary is not ideal, very low and should be much higher. You are heavily reliant on your monthly commission to boost your pay however some months can be great and some months can be pretty bad meaning little pay. There is no consistency with pay which makes life quite difficult to plan around
