What is the salary like at Foundever?

      Lead agent
      Former employee
      Belgrade, Central Serbia
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Training is organized and you get to meet a lot of great people

      Cons

Where do we start. Poor pay, long working hours, management only cares about themselves, company is literally falling apart, a lot of bullying from people at higher positions, do not respect your work life balance, you are expected to jump in and assist at every opportunity, yet they can't even pay normal bonuses. Management is being led by people that don't even know how to do agents work and not even theirs.

      Pros

Let know if you find some

      Cons

Promises work from home, project doesn't allow it, barely earning minimum wage because our salaries don't keep up with the economy growth, only foreigners are valued in the company, and the working conditions are terrible.

      THE BEST COMPANY

      Pros

The reason why you will apply in FOUNDEVER because this company has the best people where you can work with or we have a good environment especially the managers and higher people who handle this company and ofcourse a lot of benefits that you can get especially the free meals, free unlimited coffee, free gym and competitive salary

      Cons

The downside in foundever is you have a small sleeping quarter that where you can supposed to rest.

      It’s an ok job

Licensed insurance agent property & casualty
      Former employee
      Tyler, TX
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

The pay is good and the flexibility to work from home as well. It’s not just a horrible place to work, it is what you make it. My trainers were all great.

      Cons

It’s definitely disorganized but it is what you make it. It’s definitely doable. Schedule changes aren’t the best when it’s needed or the system used to change schedules. Equipment is disgusting, which I’m sure they (Foundever) are unaware of that department sending it out that way.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I agree that this job is what you make it. Pay is good, and working from home is a great benefit. We have implemented various measures to support our associates during training. We conduct training surveys at the end of each training day to gather feedback and continuously improve our training programs. Following training, we provide a nesting phase where associates work closely with a trainer in small groups, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to effectively handle calls and alleviate stress. Moreover, we foster an open-door culture, encouraging our associates to reach out for assistance whenever needed. We send out the Max Survey to make positive changes. Your feedback is immensely valuable, and we will share your experience with the relevant teams for further consideration and action. Jasmin at Foundever

No matter how desperate you are, RUN

      Dispatcher
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Work from home for most employees

      Cons

No raise ever, for any reason unless you want a lot of responsibility and even then it’s very low pay. Work/life balance is awful. They call and email when they are short staffed which is often because almost nobody stays here long. So prepare to be bothered a lot when you’re off work. Coworkers, coaches, team leads, etc snitch anytime they can if it helps them. Your team leads does not care about you. They lose money anytime you call out, are late, etc. If you work here, don’t trust anyone ever. There are favorites and it’s obvious. 80% of the time, you will not get approved for time off and they don’t care if it is for a doctors appt, vacation, family event, etc. There are better places. I saw at least 15 really good people that worked here for years quit or get fired and at least 100 or more new people quit or get fired within a month or less. Foundever is terrible. I have a few friends there that are desperate to find a new job that have been here for years. When it was sitel or Sykes, it was so much better. It has went downhill since Foundever took over

      Business outlook

      Pros

Work environment is ok, people are nice.

      Cons

Very, very disorganized. The salary is low, and they pay more 100€ for those who work in the capital Lisbon than in any other Portuguese city. Very low pay, quite often agents receive more than their team leaders due to the bonus. Their clients are the real rulers, quite often metrics are unachievable, and no one cares. I've seen Directors saying Foundever is not the cheapest in the market, yet, there is no reflection in the salary.

Thanks for your feedback. I agree that working at home is a great perk. We do regular market analysis to ensure we stay competitive. Another pro, is that there is room to grow. Thank-you for your review.

great workmates, kind hr, fast process, final pay was also received early, great coaches, great trainers, good pay, no issues with salary

      Cons

although the salary was high I feel like it was not enough with the amount if the stress the work we have, also even though there are incentives, it is hard to get these incentives, and only a few gets them, no work-life balance
