What is working from home like at Green Key Resources?

Work from home days are okay.

Micromanagement, although advertised as they don't believe in it. Favoritism amongst Recruiters. Lack of professional communication with Recruiters, management speaks condescending and as if you're beneath them. Management speaks poorly of staff out loud for others to hear in the office. Resources are not equally distributed to Recruiters. They do not give you a chance to try anything different, opportunities recycled amongst same staff.

- Partners, Principals, and Directors are always available to help mentor and train lower level team members - TONS OF JOBS to work on- lots of long-term client relationships in the asset management space - LinkedIn Recruiter is of no cost to the employee - Flexible working arrangements- can be hybrid/remote, leave office early if needed, flexible PTO

- Fast-paced environment, not for everyone - Need to be able to work independently and reach out for help. Every deal is a collaboration but you need to be able to manage your time and your recruiting on your own

Flexibility to work from home.

- Poor divisional 'leadership' - Bare minimum resources for staff - Poor compensation packages - Subpar benefits
