What is the salary like at Hanna Andersson?

Good company, decent pay, laid back atmosphere for the most part.

The person responsible for leading the Design team is completely unsuitable to be a manager. This person is unsupportive to everyone she manages, using their weaknesses against them instead of supporting them in their growth and helping them learn. She hires talented people and then just throws them away as soon as they interpret a project differently than she expects, even though the expectations are totally unclear and she doesn’t even know what she wants. Passive aggressive, sees talent on her team under her as a threat and perpetually doubts herself and the people around her causing frustration and a sense of chaos on the team at all times. She is also unorganized, doesn’t bother responding to your emails, panders to higher ups and causes the team to miss deadlines constantly due to indecision. I hate to make this review all about her but she completely ruined my experience. She is a detriment to the company and I’m not sure how the top people at the don’t see it when the turnover rate on the team is so high. I’m not only speaking for myself, I’m speaking for the people on the team as well who are just trying to hang onto their jobs by a thread.

You'll be let go by the holding company to cut costs. This is a shell of a once good brand. I had four new bosses in less than three years. They cut my job then relisted it for half the salary. Super red flag this place.

Remote work, very understanding management at the lowest levels, benefits are decent

Pay is low, abilities to grow are incredibly limited

Great company discounts, high-quality products, and fair pay.

Negative experience with leadership style, slow-moving/outdated systems and policies. Their sales methods were very out of touch too.
