Cons
Despite being freelance, they will do everything in their power to strong arm you into THEIR schedule. Even though, legally speaking, most freelance positions allow you to select when you work, how much you work, as long as you meet the agreed upon service. We work a standard 9-5 however on their schedule however we receive none of the benefits from being an actual employee.
No paid time off, no sick days, no vacation, if you get sick and need to take off? Goodbye to the money from that day, even if you have a doctor's note or other official document stating you can't work on that day.
Their contracts are horrifically sided towards them and if you show any lawyer their contract, surprise surprise, they will tell you it is illegal in pretty much every major country.
Management is a nightmare. I can't stress this enough, and I can't go into detail, but it is extremely bad. Nothing you say will ever be taken into consideration if you are not at the top.
