Pros
Inclusive work place, hardworking people. I'm very proud of telling people I work for Holts! Discount is awesome and lots of great employee wellness events, benefits and learning opportunities. Great opportunities as we are the only luxury department store in Canada!
Cons
Sometimes leaders are confusing. We now have a new CEO who seems very dialed in and experienced. Already some great early signs that strategy and overall business direction will be clearer. At times it has felt that we've been caught up in have so many objectives and priorities that it was confusing as to what the overall direction and vision is. It does feel that change is afoot, in a good way!
