Pros
Good salary for fresh grads, good coworkers and friendly environment. Got wfh one day per week (depends on superior/department)
Cons
Lack of guidance, it was told that it mostly independent but at least you have to give a proper training and guidance if want the tasks to be completed faster. Senior didnt care to guide, keep playing phone. Suggested to make an improvement but they dont care. One of them keep invite meeting to follow up abt the tasks when the works are too much, yet you have to entertain the meeting when the meeting just simply nothing.
