Flexibility to pick up extra shifts when available, which can slightly increase your paycheck. Ability to choose shifts based on your personal schedule if you’re proactive.

Mandatory shifts make it difficult to manage emergencies, and calling in can result in penalties. Pay is low ($11/hr) considering the long hours on game days. Some full-time staff can be rude and may take advantage of workers, sometimes extending shifts or asking staff not to clock all their hours. Workplace environment can be stressful due to inconsistent management practices.

Management does not value you and your pay. Your hours are weird and you are seen as expendable to the rest of the company. They do not hire internally and there is a running hate towards management.

Great people. Good benefits. Free lunch.(shrugs). Commissions good only if you’re selling tickets.

Constantly felt like I was expandable from management. Felt like I was never apart of the team due to separate offices (called “down the street folks” by other departments). Treated like we’re a third party vendor and not important to the organizations overall success. A lot of gaslighting from this organization unfortunately. Low base. TAXED heavily on anything you receive. Sold out. No seats which means NO commission. Save your money! Clients may not pay for tickets in full and you will owe it back to the company once they drop tickets. They do a very good job of saying the right things but we know actions speak louder than words and the actions were atrocious at times. Keep in mind it is the sports industry you will work a lot.
