Challenging environment to work in due to heat and long shifts. Too many old timers who have forgotten what it’s like to be new in a role, impatient and unwilling to pass on their knowledge.
Great pay with plenty of hours available. It is swing shifts of 12 hours but you get a full week off every month. You are treated like family and given a lot of trust and freed to do your job. They are great at recognizing your skills and letting you run with them.
Good company, good culture, good pay for location.

Not flexible with remote work, culture can be a bit culty.
