Positions are not filled after staff has left resulting in more work for existing employees. US-centric firm where employees from other regions have to follow US timing which resulted in frequent early morning/late night calls.

- Office politics worst here that I seen - Promotions, hike, bonus, your career growth everything depends on manager and politics would hamper all of these - Too much manager centric, HR won't be helpful in any ways - Lack of professionalism - Lots of calls in night time, scrum calls, calls with US team etc - officially 5 days wfo and it will be calculated by system and they give warning twice and will terminate you if you wont follow it - Toxic work environment and bad work culture - anytime they can lay off anyone tech/non-tech, product managers - Less pay compared to industry - Lot of partiality and favoritism in terms of hikes, pay, promotions
