      Pros

      1. Average working environment with locals. 2. Frequently to have lunch and free food. 3. Workload not too heavy and stressful, have many free time

      Cons

      1. Unclear Job scope & task. Frequently to have additional and useless job & report request by Korea. 2. Top management will change every 5 years causing chances to staff treatment and direction of the company. 3. Lack of career growth, After 2 years will start repeat the same job and workload everyday 4. No salary increment after confirmation & not complete 1 year cycle of working. Make sure to negotiate for highest salary before sign in. 5. No issue on main responsibilities, many big issue to dealing with korea bosses. 6. Have beloved and untouchable department. 7. As a production, need to mentally strong to deal with other department.
