The company is diverse with various projects and business areas which means a high range of opportunities to develop new skills and insights. It is a key business to the future of data and financial decision making.

My experience working in the finance department itself, is that it is lacking team culture, well-being practices, in addition to training and development for employees, leadership from managers and recognizing top talent. The business areas are much more invested in their employees and how they shape the business than the shared functions. If you are to apply for a job at LSEG, I would avoid the shared functions, especially finance where you feel your pay and development is not fairly recognized for your achievements because they are too focused on cost cutting.
