None that I can think of. Benefits get rolled back every year.

Terrible management and terrible pay. No flexibility, management is incompetent and lack self-awareness completely. Mediocre people can go far here but if you say anything to disturb the status quo they won’t like you. The people who have stayed are the people who feed the culture of mediocrity and want to keep it that way. No upward mobility or growth opportunities. Benefits are pathetic. Diversity is nonexistent.

Friendly polite office. Has held on to traditional employee events.

Senior leadership is so isolated middle management gets to tell whatever story they want to without fact checking. Job searches are purposely failed to hire interns. Interns get promoted to jobs that are never posted internally, killing any chance at career progression for current team members. Still trying to offer pre-covid level salaries.

Flexibility and work / life balance.

Pay under market value. Little opportunity to move up outside of main campus.

Tech company with some decent solutions that are now becoming outdated. Much like Blockbuster when Netflix finally arrived on scene, management is focusing on the wrong things and will be surprised at reality when it hits.

Salary increases, annual reviews or annual cost of living increases don't exist here...EVER. Don't expect a COLA or salary increase...EVER. New sales employees are still offered the same pathetic base and commissions package from 15+ years ago...... You are capped at a total annual amount that management "will allow" no matter how well you perform. If you finish 200% of plan expect to get next years budget at 200% of current plan and your commission rate at 50% meaning you are penalized to perform which is why all the good sales folks leave. Only the below average sales people or folks living in rural America Springfield stay. If you are in sales and in the tech industry stay away. Did I mention nepotism? Seems everyone that works here is family or related....
