What is typically worn or allowed to be worn at work at Live Nation Entertainment?

Work with live music, lax dress code, free concerts. Great flexibility. The one time holiday bonus was very nice and appreciated.

Corrupt culture: non-existent opportunities for promotion, demotion disguised as promotion, misleading ineffective over-management, bullying. Tips rolled into check.

6 Free concert tickets a year, we have twice weekly happy hour where dinner and drinks are provided. We get to work 6 hours in office and 2 hours remote daily.

Rules are always changing, constant turn over, low pay, it is impossible to transfer departments, run off of panic instead of knowledge, liberal company but being ran in an old school way. Only department that has a "Dress code"

Flexible schedule (Come when you can.; If you can only do 6 hours, that’s acceptable.) Everyone’s friendly. Sometimes, there is free food and snacks. The work is decently proportional to the pay. It’s quick money. Protective equipment is provided (masks, latex & rubber gloves, safety glasses, aprons, shirts)

Have to deal with odorous waste (You get used to it. ; Some people can’t handle it though.) Sometimes, you have to work under unbearable heat as there is poor ventilation and lack of shade at times. The free food and snacks aren’t healthy (mostly processed/ultra-processed). Dietary restrictions are not always accommodated for. Benefits aren’t all that great. (Might as well do without it.) Getting to the work station from parking is quite a walk (same for getting to the break room). There is only one microwave to share for everyone in the breakroom and it is not a powerful microwave, so you have to wait a bit. Turnover rate is high.
