Favoritism exist in every store, toxic work environment,

Free uniforms and coffee can't outweigh toxicity

      Business outlook

      Pros

Free uniforms Free coffee Not much

      Cons

Toxic work environment Lots of bullies Everything

Great Family Owned company. HR who would bring HR crisis.

      Sales associate
      Former employee
      London, England

      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      - Team Spirit: We had a great team at their UK flagship store. Most managers are team players. Group performance over individual performance. - Leadership: The GM of the UK was approachable and valued feedback from the front-line staff. - Training: Solid training and a good range of resources.

      Cons

      - Unprofessional HR: After I handed in my notice due to another company sponsoring my work visa, I ran into the HR for the first since I joined the company (before this, I saw her once in the head office to sign a paper). She said something very rude and sarcastic to me, in front of other staff in store. If I were to take it up it would have been a serious complaint. To be clear, the HR person did not recruit or train me, she had no right to say those things.

Incompetent top management, lack of transparency

      Anonymous employee
      Former employee
      Madrid
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Store teams are nice at least.

      Cons

Lack of transparency in the communication. Top management only tries to hide their incompetence by constantly firing people (both offices and stores). Lack of professionalism in the vocabulary they use to the extent where it would be a law suit in other countries/companies. Always double check your payslips as they also keep firing payroll providers citing they can’t get the job done. Be prepared to deal with a “retro” mindset (from operations to management). Overall toxic work environment.

Hired Remote, Under a Year — No Fair Chance to Improve

      Brand ambassador
      Former employee
      New York, NY
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

-The brand itself is well-known and respected globally. -Remote work allowed for flexibility and independence in day-to-day tasks. -Some colleagues were kind and supportive.

      Cons

-No real opportunity to improve or receive structured feedback before being let go. -Management and HR were dismissive when I tried to communicate or clarify issues. -Lack of transparency in decision-making — it felt like termination decisions were made without fair discussion. -Very little investment in employee development or performance coaching. -Remote employees often feel disconnected and unsupported.

      Cons

      - Too many tight deadlines. - Not safe to work with heath hazards because it's not well ventilated. - No AC which mean you're stuck in a oven with the temperature reaching 40°. - Some team like to cause problems and drama with the new guys who are not related to them like nepotism.
