Relying solely on the COO as the primary point of contact for all issues can create bottlenecks and limit effective problem-solving. There is a noticeable lack of diversity within the team. Incorporating a more diverse mix of backgrounds and cultures could greatly enhance collaboration, creativity, and overall workplace environment. There have been recurring concerns regarding the conduct of certain production supervisors and inventory team members, including instances of unprofessional behavior. It appears that these issues have not been adequately addressed by management, which may impact employee morale and organizational culture.
