Pros
-Good value benefits
-Working environment is clean and well-maintained
-Colleagues are supportive
-Salary is quite high (for Japanese speakers).
Cons
-General facilities are lacking in the new floor (tissue holders are missing in all men’s toilet cubicles, the lights are flickering from time to time (there were even times most of them went out on one section))
-There’s only 1 prayer room even though there are 3 floors and is lacking decency, e.g. no running water to do ablution
-People who work on night shift are not given enough time to pray, while they also have to lose more time due to the fact that there’s no prayer on their working floor
-Management gives strictly 90 minutes to pray on Friday noon with no flexible policies, while on the same time agent needs to also follow the time set by RTA that in times set too early before the call of prayer even begins
-Management doesn’t really care about conflicts between employees as long it’s not affecting KPIs, even though some agents were already left crying
-Management does not respect Muslim Japanese speaker who wants to take AL on Eid by purposely set the slot for only 1 or 2 people every year (although to be fair, they still willing to give special time to pray with the congregation during working hours).
