All of my cons are natural aspects of the job, there is nothing management could change to make this job better :)
-Being outside in rain and heat can be difficult at times
-Lunch is had with campers (this is to be expected)
-Site is not reachable by public transit (however the site managers coordinate a carpool form for those in need of a ride or those willing to provide a ride
